Read against the Bloomsbury Academic first edition on the archive shelf, printed page 4, PDF page 23. The chapter is Jandric writing about McLaren, and at page 5 Jandric records that McLaren 'approved the classification of his career into phases and stages'. A biography the subject signed off is still a secondary source, so anything resting on it is reported. Jandric also states at page 4 that the classification is 'based on our numerous conversations supported by his Wikipedia entry'. The typesetting space inside 'anti-capitalism' is closed here.
