Activity

Neumann worked as a labor lawyer before leaving Germany in 1933. He gained a second doctorate at the London School of Economics in 1936. His book Behemoth appeared in 1942, before his work in the OSS Research and Analysis Branch. [2], pp. xxi–xxii
