1944 report attribution

The Frankfurt archive catalog attributes Ten Years on Morningside Heights to Max Horkheimer. The original title page and any internal drafting record remain pending.

Columbia 1934 role

After legal caution, accepted Columbia's offer of 429 West 117th Street in mid-July for an intended three-to-four-year period, with necessary repairs at Institute expense.
